Could there be a past life connection? Certainly. Again, a reputable intuitive person could help with that.

I gather that this man is famous? A celebrity? If so, I would suggest that you not attempt to contact him with the intent of telling him everything you wrote here. Unfortunately, if you did that, you would be perceived as a stalker.

Is there any way you could meet him face to face? Shake his hand and introduce yourself? If there is a past life connection, it could well be that he has felt a similar connection to you. If you do have the opportunity to briefly meet him, again, do not go into your story.

Are you an intuitive? Do you pick up things from other people? Or only things about him? If it is the latter, it could just be your sixth sense at work.

Whatever is going on, do spend the money to see a reputable psychic or medium. S/he could help with this. When you make an appointment to talk to one, let him/her know what type of info it is that you want. Some psychics/mediums do better in some areas than others. For example, there are some that are really good about picking up past life experiences.
