I am glad I came across this post. I wasn't sure if MSM was causing this for me. I started it for the skin and hair benefits. It helps with that but I feel really tired and have a brain fog. Also, I have been waking up with dark circles even though I get 8 hours of sleep every night. Did you ever figure out if it was MSM causing these side effects for you ?
