The Dave Frahm protocol is effective; no doubt about it.

Day one of the Clarke protocol doesn't tie you up but day two can be a problem if you haven't got the time. I don't believe there is a satisfactory solution except to wait until your schedule is clear and you can give a day over to flush.

If you take just the first two doses of Epsom Salts you can be free by around midday of day two.
