No probs. I’ve been really busy, too, and expect to remain so. Bah, school.
I guess the most heartening thing in this situation is to remember that the die-off means things are working. I actually had to lower my dose recently (change from 3x a day to 2x) because I’ve become alarmingly ill. I think it’s an intestinal obstruction. I don’t know whether it’s actual digestive matter that impacted because of detox or whatnot, or if it’s just that a portion of my intestines have become paralyzed again (as they are wont to do, occasionally), but I’ve been struggling to keep down liquids.

I even went to the doctor, told her about a possible parasite(s), and she admitted, “Well, we could do a stool analysis, but unfortunately those are pretty worthless when it comes to parasites.” She also can’t do anything about the obstruction. I guess I’ll have to wait it out. At least my skin has stopped itching as furiously as it was.

I’m really interested in doing a liver flush, but at the same time I think I need to wait for this GI issue to resolve lest I am unable to completely flush!

I’m not surprised about the emotions slough-off! People seem to think it sounds odd, but we carry and store so much emotion in our gut. I remember doing an intense cleanse one and at one point the emotions got to be so much that I started shaking, but I felt so incredibly peaceful afterwards. It will feel so great to finally be clean. Are you seeing any results other than die-off?

You sound like you have a really cool job! What sort of music do you play?
