I don't know what the white specks are, they don't really appear to be uniform, like eggs or seeds. Have you tried breaking up your stool with something to see what might be hiding in there? I can tell you from experience, minus the white specs, that perfectly normal stool can have obvious parasites/worms hiding in it.

I'm not much help, maybe someone else can offer more insight. I just want to say good job, you seem to be doing some heavy cleansing/diet modifications, and tolerating it well!
