I also had the same experience that my skin color no longer looked as "dirty."

I thought it was just natural aging that you see in everyone but once I got off D3 supplement previously and ran that Vitamin D derivatives script, which was "extremely" helpful and ran frequencies for other pathogens my skin color became much lighter and more youthful/brighter looking.

One thing I wish others would realize is just how hard it is to come back from immune suppression. One will get an exacerbation of symptoms when their immune system wakes up.

That's why it's incredibly troubling when you hear people talk about them never getting sick. These very same people will eventually come down with non specific health issues that they'll have a hard time explaining.

Vitamin D3 supplementation reminds me of all the other recommendation from the past but this time the consequences are much much worse.

Examples such as everyone should take Vitamin E. Then later it's realized there is an increase in cancer and other dangers without taking the other balancing tocopherols and tocotrienols that make up the Vitamin E compound.

Time and again people are falling for the same tricks. Reminds me of this quote "Lies, damned lies, and statistics" and "STATISTICS, are the greatest liars of them all"

They even make a book on the subject How to Lie with Statistics http://www.amazon.com/How-Lie-Statistics-Darrell-Huff/dp/0393310728

In short, if anyone is worried about if they should or should not take D3 supplement the best thing they should do is throw away the bottle and only get sun exposure... even if they live very far from the equator. There are so many other benefits to sun exposure that most people don't realize.
