"You did "incredibly well" supping with D3 for a while. Then you took "larger and larger doses" and did much worse."
No, I wasn't trying to say that.
Larger doses as in daily supplementation of 5000 IU was needed to give the same great feeling that D3 gives. Then when the benefits of that dose wore off I needed daily 10000 IU for the same great feeling. Then that stopped working and then I needed one weekly 50000 or so IU and then that worked until the benefits wore off.
Keep in mind that these are all said to be normal and safe doses and is all recommended for safe dosage. That the Vitamin D council and all those who recommend say that they've never seen a single case where daily 10000 IU or once weekly 50000 IU ever brought their D3 levels up to high.
The bottom line is that the Vitamin D coucil is wrong.
The easiest way to understand the negative effects of Vitamin D beyond all the information that has been posted on the internet is to read the book The Silent Saboteur and highlight the good parts in it so one can reread it later.
The bottom line is that D3 supplementation ranks right up there with the evils of vaccination!
hope this helps
