Hi PG,

My D3, springvalley brand contains soybean oil.

Maybe that's why I love K2 which I take 5 MILLIgrams every night.

I lost 6 lbs in 6 weeks when I started D3. MY triclycerides dropped from 400's to 165. (I took niacin and burned for eight monrhs and my Tri's kept climbing)
Non flush niacin didn't help either.

My down syndrome diabetic 1, daughter uses less insulin when taking D3.

Thanks for the heads up on the oil, I'll change D3 oil brands immediately.
