I have been detoxing my colon for a few months using herbs from my health counselor. I was a house painter for more than 30 years so I have alot of toxins to remove.
In my research I ran across Dr Charles Shulze who is an herb specialist and healer.
I would check him out if I were you for a good whole body cleanse and detox plan.

I bought his superfood bars and they make me feel a sense of well being. I got them for a powerful snack to eat when I don't have time to juice.

I would read his website as he explains how healing takes place with Colon Cleanse first and then the other organs. And he has different herbs for each organ.
