Where do they hide? The brain? Sinus cavities? Back to the gut?

And, im sorry, but if they're being chased around the body and can actually move fast enough at will like that, wouldn't the infected host's organs look like Swiss cheese? Yet somehow, they don't hemorrhage, and the worms miraculously never break through the skin in their migration? Why not? How do they avoid that? They can't see, right? So they detect a temperature change?

If I sound critical, please know that I'm trying to make sense of this. Myself, my son, my father and my cats and dogs are infected and I am desperate for some answers and a goddamn CURE!
