pot gives me anxiety.
i have found that for me, I have had to go on a journey of self discovery through shedding all my destructive habits. And of course stop or cut way back on things that i don't even think of as destructive, like sex. But it is for the purpose of healing. It's just a phase of needing to live like a monk.
