Wow, I just read this whole thing. AMAZING. How can there be so much misinformation. Just the other day I was reading testimonies of how great D3 was. Everyone on this site needs to throw away their D, D3, whatever and start taking sun screen seriously. This info should be RN or perhaps even BSA due to the amount of mis-information on D3 running rampant on Curezone.

I made a large Acne cure website many years ago, and the common consensus was that sun exposure made Acne much better (decrease in inflammation) but made it worse in the long term. Now I understand that it was due to the steroid effect. It's exactly as it should have been!
