Gosh, Bugsy,

It had never dawned on me that wheat could be so toxic.

Feeling the change immediately on the first day wowed me completely.



Wouldn't it be wonderful if everyone tried this for, say, one month?


I mean, I knew, as soon as I heard of it that this was something for me. Instantly, I knew I could be well again.

The most dramatic change has been to my urinary feelings, which was absolutely necessary.

A close second is that I suddenly walk straighter. You can't imagine the improvement I instantly feel.

I've made a note of that book and I will read it, right after "Wheat Belly". It takes me a while because I don't see as well as I might...yet.
