hey man, i agree with your treatment. I took up running regularly and tried to sweat a lot. and take shower a least twice a day. i have also noticed that eating sweet stuff aggravated the condition. I have had folliculitis for 10 years now and am pretty much resistant to most Antibiotics which is scaring the f*** out of me. but the above mentioned activities have kept me mostly scalp Acne free but i do get the bumps everynow and then. I use clindamycin swabs when i get them but now I think I am resistant to that as well. just wanted to say that i agree with your technique
