Yes,
I think this is how it was explained:
The candida stores the mercury.
That's the good thing.
But when You kill the candida all the mercury gets released and will make You feel worse.

I found the interview, it is a few years old, but really interesting.
Klinghardt is working with Autism/Heavy Metals.
But he also talks about Candida, Autoimmune Diseases etc.
