Ok, I am stocking up on the supplements to put my kids on. I have pulse dosed Iodine on them because I wanted to make sure they had their supplements before having them on it daily. Below is a link to a post GG has sent me previously about supps. I'm wondering if anyone can give me a DEFINITE list of supps that my kids HAVE to have.

Maybe Trapper?
Since he has his grandson on iodine, I'm assuming he has him on supps too and I have a 3, 6, and 8 year old to take care of...don't want them to have too much or too little and I trust someone else who has kids to give me the best info.

So I need:

1. List of supps

...and preferably a link to buy them as I don't know who to trust online in regards to the purest forms and I'm finding a hard time coming up with powders in a search. My older one would swallow a pill but my younger ones won't.

2. The amounts of each supplement to give each child.

I forget what amount of Iodine I am to give them. I have it written down but if anyone cares to share this all in the same post, that would be awesome..I'm going to print it out and highlight pertinent info so I can have it all handy and in one place. Im a little anal about having paper everywhere and do my best to make everything easily accessible and easy to understand. I have a lot going on!

Anyone that can give me a good list with all of this info will have my sincere and eternal appreciation. I am trying to make this as streamlined as possible because it is a little overwhelming at first...so a go-to list would be ideal.
