Here we go again! Our company is doing biggest loser. I'm all for losing weight and getting healthy but these ppl are all saying "im gonna keep it off this time!" I doubt it. They go to extreme measuers and then once it's over, they go right back to bad. What is wrong with our society? I admit that I find it hard to simply eat to live because i enjoy food...but i also want to enjoy being healthy for years and not worrying about every single piece of food i eat...how is that a way to live? Simple, steady lifestyle changes yield greater and longer results..but when it ends, everyone wants to win the money and then fall off the wagon.
That stresses out ur body! Ur heart, ur insulin levels, THYROID, adrenals...
can u tell that my pandora is acting up again? ;)
