i forget what size those cups are but try a drop and if that is smooth try two or maybe more. you can take up to a gram a day of KI so you wont overdose on it. its the lung tissue you have to worry about, and KI is a lot more gentle than the I2. i like taking it in through the nostrils to get a better sense of how strong it is.
