Thats right Prayer25 i have been going over some old post and what i see is DIET DIET DIET DIET but lets be real the the diets are very hard to stick to some of us crave Sugar some of us crave dairy, and fast foods . The only way to get rid of this odor is to go on a No diet! no this no that diet and God help when some of us ladies crave chocolate once a month !.What one lady said is true if you cheat you have to start all over again. so it's water water water, probiotics,laxitives,vitamins,diet and work out alot this is what i have seen from old post on curezone !
