yes, but i would prefer magnascent. much more caution is required with elemental iodine, but there is still a lot of room for error. start with very low concentrations.

i just warmed up a shot glass and put a couple of drops of Lugols in it, swirled it around and breathed deep through my nostrils. i got a pretty good hit. that stuff is strong.
