I will be giving a shot to the peau d'arco and chapparal.

I prefer to take it in a capsule and I found

How should I dose it ?

I recommend 2 capsules of each 3 times daily at least 20 minutes before meals.

And for how long is it safe to take ?

They can be taken long term.
