You do understand, #1478826349 . . . , that we're talking about chronic and NOT acute illnesses, don't you?

If you're so sure chronic illnesses can be prevented, please tell me your regimen that will avoid ever getting Alzheimers.

Side note to anyone else who's reading these posts: Chronic illness takes several years to develop a full-blown clinical symptom. Therefore, how can preventive measures ever be qualified/quantified?
