I also wanted to to tell you that when i cut out eating meat after 2 pm for RBTI and started eating light dinners waking up feeling like would throw up almost stopped completely. it was every night and now it is maybe a once every couple of weeks. it is hard for the body to properly digest heavy food while we sleep and takes energy away from the healing work it could be doing.
