For me high dose vitamin C and betonite clay work the best for die-off. But i would not depend on either for daily use. Betonite clay can be constipating and high doses of vitamin C can cause some mineral imbalances. Having strong "die-offs" ( candida's cell membrane leaking) can be counterproductive at times because of toxins/antigens that can be released while candida's cell membrane leaks. Strong die-offs have never worked for me in dealing with candida.
