It's not a supplement but drinking a lot of water and going to the bathroom as much as possible can help with die-off since it helps flush the yeast poison from your body more quickly.

I also suggest you check into possible underlying causes of your yeast trouble. For me it is heavy metals (mercury from my silver fillings). You may consider the possibility that you are suffering from the same or something similar.
