I found the "manual" that she sells. It was online somewhere. the recommended dose was 1 teaspoon pure gum turps drizzled over three 1 cm cube Sugar cubes stood in a tower. She was very specific that there must not be excess turps at the base, that the turps had to be only part of the way thru the bottom cube. If 1 cm cubes not available, then 3/4 teaspoon of turps onto a teaspoon of sugar. All Sugar had to be regular processed White Sugar .
Must have good bowel movements before you start.
I actually found this page looking for the web site which had published it although I did download the document - it was a pdf file.
