Yes I'm on the "diet" so to speak, but I can be pretty bad with cheating. After eleven years of suffering I got to the point where I said forget it, I'm just gonna eat what I want. Yes, I pay the consequences. But, not being able to even eat fruit is just down right unnatural! So I began to resent my situation. My mood is better these days because I know I'm getting the Amalgam fillings removed within weeks. Hopefully my health will do a complete turn around after that. Thanks.
