The herbs are causing you to have a herxheimer reaction. That means they are working and you would feel better if you would go ahead and hers for a while, look up herxheimer if you are not familiar with the term.

You need to start by clicking on the cleanse button and doing all of the cleanses that are recommended. Then get over to the Iodine forum for support in getting adequate nutrition to prevent the illness from returning. if you do this you will feel so much better and it will add years to your life.

How often do you go through this? Are you constipated? Rhetorical questions, you might want to visit the colonic irrigation forum.... Loops did not notice you were seeking uny's advice, please disregard. I am sure she can help.
