Ok i have been stuggling with mine lately so hopefully you have a cvs pharmacy near you. Go in and get ichthammol drawing salve. Only ten bucks. Put it on your cyst before you go to bed. Next day clean out your cyst area very good. Reapply and continue for 3-5 days. Guarantee it will be gone or at least draining.
