Yes it appears they can diagnosis other species and they did a sensitivity on it...resistant to Itraconazole...damn after being on it for months. They listed Ketoconazole and Diflucan as being ok. Also gave natural antifungal options also. So I am all of those.

I had been on rounds of Diflucan before but had difficulty finding anyone to prescribe it for long periods of time.
She just put me on Ketoconazole..but not luck as of yet. Too soon I fear. I have had this burning issue for 2 years, so I believe it will take a long time to clear???!! But then again, I don't know what to believe.

My allergy to Candida is sky high so I am doing daily shots.

I have done the diet for over a year....

I have also talked to Dr. Crandall(I think you spoke to her also) and got my Doctor to prescribe the Protopic cream..so far it burns like hell.

I am sick of this, I have had it for 2 years and can not walk because of it.

Wishing you luck Gibby, I was just happy to finally have a positive test for candida after so many routine negative ones.
