Started with 2 drops per day of 5%lugols,doubled it in4 days, doubled it again in 8 days, kept slowly increasing, pee turned brown, sweat smelled awful and my face broke out for a while, lowered the dose and now I do routine maintenance, meaning I make sue to get what my body needs, and if I don't my tongue turns white. I also dip a sea sponge in strong mixture of water and providing, insert vaginally and leave a couple hours, do this regularly, yum yum make good down there.
