"It's great that your mom decided to do a water fast. It is best to do it for spiritual reasons. Health will spring forth even on a spiritual water fast, so why not make it unto God? The most important benefits are spiritual even though health does come in second. That second benefit will happen anyway. One good thing about making it unto God when it comes to health is, not only do you have natural healing from the fast working for you, but I believe it will be easier to receive supernatural healing by the stripes of Jesus. Both will be working in your favor. :)"

Hopefully your hunger will break soon. I know when those periods of hunger come, it's especially difficult.
