This is so annoying: completely contradictory info from various sources. Taurine is a perfect example.

Taurine "will give you a high like coffee and Redbull", and yet Taurine "helps to calm or stabilize an excited brain" Um, which is it? It certainly cannot be both.

This makes no sense. We'll probably never know, because no researchers have the money to actually study the true effects of this non-patentable ingredient, that no one can make any money off of.
