Hi everyone,

I've been taking my basal temp. for a while now every morning. It is 98.6 F (36.9 C) on average. It is quite high, as I read the Iodine supplementation is necessary only if it's less than 98 F. How do I know if I need more iodine?

What's more weird - I took the temp. 4 hours after awaikening and it was a bit lower than the basal temp.! Is it weird? Does it happen to anyone else?
