I agree - I have left my lips alone for over 4 months and while progress is slow, things are improving. The flakes are thinner than ever and seem to come off easier than ever before. Also, I have little to no swelling, which makes talking and eating much less uncomfortable. It takes patience, but it seems to be the best approach out there.
