I guarantee my body is jacked up and liver not great because I have Lyme and other issues, for now I believe my diet is spot on (but I keep changing my beliefs progressively)

I take 3 liver supplements and I plan on flushing every 2 weeks. The last flush I saw a large yellow stone (so maybe it's coming to a close) this may be the first yellow 1 I've seen and I hardly ever see large ones anymore.

If flushing coffee enemas and alpha lipoic acid is working for you could you please share which products and how exactly you are using them?
