It means that you were Iodine deficient to start with. How did you find out that you were Iodine deficient and how much have you been taking Iodine daily and in what form? I reckon that the liquid form is the best as a supplement even though seaweed is a more natural way (food), just make sure you get enough. I have never heard someone eating unhealthy amounts of seaweed.
