Could not find the answer after looking for a bit. Says on the package good til 04/12 . Have had it for year and a half probably. It says for long term storage keep in freezer. I have just kept it in the fridge. Do you think it will still be good? Will it last beyond the date on the bag if you freeze it?

You will have lost some vitamin and enzyme content, but not other compounds like the amino acids and minerals so I would still use it.  Freezing it will extend the shelf life more.  It would be best to vacuum pack it first.
