Day 2 2/2/12

Hit the sauna for 20 mins along with the treadmill at the gym. Didnt weigh in at the gym today. I definately accelerated the WF with the 2 days of sauna and walking because I got the lightheaded thing while getting up quickly. I usually dont get it this early.

Anyways Crusing along here the evening of Day 2 on zero cals.
