I know HV has never recommended the Liver Cleansing you see all over this website so I have avoided them. I take Grape Bitters twice a day and do castor oil liver packs every night. I have done this for almost a year now with no improvement. My diet is straight from the earth. food sensitivities are out of control as well as the brain fog. Any ideas?? Help or recommendations are greatly appreciated : )
