Dr. Ghram view on candida is a bunch of quackery. Is idea on candida would not last a day for people that have fungal candida in the "upper small intestine". His high fruit/juice diet would turn people into a brewery factory with candida fermenting all those sugars in the upper small intestine---before it can even reach the bloodstream. Fungal candida is an intestinal issue more than a blood stream issue. I didnt last for more than 2 or 3 days on his diet. I felt like a walking hangover for days. The candida had a feast on all that fructose and left me with excess acetylhyde levels.
