Hi Smitho,

I would say see how you feel tomorrow...sometime in the past I would over due in the day and I would not feel the AF until later that night or the next day...just make sure to keep hydrated when working so hard too!!! I hope it is a good evening for you and a great day tomorrow...keep us posted :)
