I just wanted to respond to ur post. I'v suffered for the past 3 years with the same awful condition, which takes ur confidence and becomes a constant issue. I'v tried so many things with just the steroid cream helping me in the end. But then I read about this can thin ur skin so thought eeekkk I'd best get something else! So I did some research and came across someone saying they had used the suds from washing their hair in head and shoulders to wash their face. I wash my face in unperfumed face wash and then after washing hair rub the suds into my chin and nose, leave it for about a minute and then wash it off. I didn't think it would work but in just 5 days all the red has calmed down and the flaking has almost gone!! I'm so excited that i'v been desperate to pass on the good news. Il let u know if it completely works or it comes back. Hope this helps.
