Today i had to quite a hard labour job digging out someone's garden..

It is probably my first hard job i have done for 6 months.
I felt quite exhausted while i was doing the job, little dizzy etc..

But 10 minutes after i finished i was feeling quite revitalized,and more awake than i have done for sometime, still feel good now,5 hours later.

By the way i'm feeling do you think my adrenals are really bad still? could it be i have just got really unfit..

Anyone's thoughts?
