i am scaerd to go up that much just yet. I am working my way up to 75mg next week and then I may go up to 87.5mg and then 100mg the week after. slow and steady is winning the race for me in regards to detoxing. I can't take a few days off to relax and detox. I have a full time job, 3 kids...2 that have a ton of after school activities and one that is only 3 yrs. I also go to school part time so I am way too busy to play around. i understand what ur saying tho. I'll get there
