Hi!

Okay yeah I will add the selenium back in, I stopped it when I started the Synthroid - which I now realize makes no sense! Because its T4 only! Must be that brain fog lol.. Thanks for mentioning that!!!

I do take Vit C, zinc and B6 which are good for the adrenals and the thyroid, I have to get a good magnesium.

I will post my results, I think it takes about 2 weeks to get them back.
