Hey guys,
6 years of AF almost, and I'm on a new treatment.

However, my insomnia (which has gotten worse and out of hand as the months pile on...) needs to be dealt with immediately.

Unfortunately, my doc's only sent some Valerian to take care of that, and it has close to 0 effect on me.

Also: I'm "allergic" or intolerant to melatonin, which happened to work beautifully but gave me a crazy hangover in the morning and built up throughout the week to create like an extra layer of fatigue, highly noticeable..

Is there anything you guys recommend ?!!
I'm more tired by the day, noticeably. I've been in free fall for about 2 months now.
