do what ever you do works. avoid oil Sugar acid.

But , some live acid feed them , at the same time, make them not reproduce.

like apple cider vinegar.lactic acid is too mild for severe cases.

mites are every where, no killing will do, but starve them. exzema is a mixed infection, especially those with candida. 80% US people has candida, only 20% is dignosed. and even if they're diagnosed, they are not cured.
