that protocol or just high dosages in general have helped so much for me this past several months!!!!!

Newport talks here and there about how Iodine can stir up heavy metals and how oxidative they are, and Brownstein says he gives people 3-10g or so of C/day, but he doesn't say how he decides how much to give them, so I wondering if I am finally taking enough C to protect myself from everything that I am stirring up.......so many ponderings, so few full answers.....
