Since you touched base on the subject the quantum theory, what all do you know?

I can't find my notes and it has been awhile but it is not a bad idea to start practicing it again, re-train the brain and maybe approach differntly ..
Start the day with a clear mind, yoga , meditaion, work on resistance, have a plan ,
not dwell on the parasisites but it look at it from a different angle, take what we need and say instead , Here's to our health!"

I don't agree on the fact that we absorb illness by associating with those that are ill themselves but maybe absorbing the negative and the feeling that we can't overcome it.

I need to work on resistance for sure,,can you elaborate on this for us?
